Our team of service engineers are highly experienced in the field of laboratory automation, providing technical support to the range of our systems, along with many other laboratory-based instruments.
Services for equipment not made by our company are available to new and existing customers, either as part of a support contract or on an ad-hoc basis.
Installation Support
Laboratory instrumentation can be installed by our fully trained staff, either integrated into a our automated system or as a standalone unit. This can be undertaken onsite at the customer’s facility, or at our US or UK based service workshops, as required.
Preventative Maintenance
We provide cost effective preventative maintenance visits for a range of laboratory instruments. These include robotics integrated into our systems (eg Staubli robotic arms) as well as standalone instruments such as Cedex cell counters.
Preventative Maintenance visits can be scheduled alongside other planned service visits for minimum downtime and disruption.
Onsite Repair Service
We offer an on-site repair service, available as part of a support contract or on a T&M (time and materials) basis.
Custom Support
Service contracts may also be customised to meet specific operational requirements, such as calibration and certification services.
We can provide system operators and engineers based permanently at the customer’s site, fully trained to run a range of automated systems and provide front-line maintenance.
